UX services for websites

UX plays a critical part in all websites. The full user journey needs to be considered from initial search through to a website conversion (sale or enquiry). It’s tempting to dive right in and make aimless website changes hoping they result in improvement, but a user-centric approach that discovers who the customer is first, and then designs appropriately to cater to their needs is a more effective approach.

Step 1. Recognise the user needs, goals and thinking as well as business objectives. The discover phase guides the UX project, improves our understanding of users, and validates our design decisions.

Step 2. Utilise discovery phase learnings to influence and inform user journey and information architecture. Wireframing prototyping and visual design stages allow projects stakeholders, content teams and technical expertise to provide input from start to finish.

Step 3. Thorough design production ensure all assets, images, templates and art direction is provided to guide a quality execution of the website. Functional specifications ensure a smooth transition between design and development to speed up the process.
