Heuristic Evaluation & UX Reccomendations
I completed the full UX lifecycle and app redesign for marketing agency Overthrow Digital and their client Localove. A heuristic evaluation process helped first outline fundamental issues within the existing app, clearly outline opportunities for improvement that would better connect shoppers with boutique shops.
User Journey Mapping
User journey mapping redesigned key user journeys from how a user accessed the app, all the way through to how they experienced their own marketplaces. Key functionality was introduced and navigation structure revisited. Altogether creating a better more seamless experience for both shoppers and traders.
Wireframing & Prototyping
Designed stages focused on the holistic experience, functionality and layout apposed to visual design. This created a culture of focusing on core User Experience apposed to aesthetic. Later collaboration with a UI Designer brought the app to life, introducing brand elements, revised colour palettes and altogether more mature, better functioning app.
